Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. However, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing during peak periods such as holidays or promotional events.


Shipping Time: Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders within Canada typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders may take up to 14 business days. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or customs delays.


Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package's progress. Please note that some carriers may not provide tracking information for international shipments.

Refunds Policy


 We accept refunds for original artwork within 14 days of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide you with a refund.


Return Shipping: If you wish to return the artwork for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reputable carrier such as UPS or FedEx to ensure that the artwork is returned safely and in the same condition as it was delivered.


Artwork Condition: Please note that we can only issue refunds for artwork that is returned in its original condition. Any damage or alteration to the artwork will result in a reduction of the refund amount. We recommend handling the artwork with care and keeping it in its original packaging until it is returned.


Custom Artwork: We do not accept refunds for custom artwork. Custom artwork is created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold. We will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your custom artwork before it is shipped to you.


Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the artwork


Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
